Children on a Horse Sculpture
Children Sitting on a Horse Detail

I'm not sure what the name of this sculpture is, but it was really sweet. I imagine that it's a sister and brother riding together.

Chocolate Taste Test
Last night/this morning, we had a night of chocolate taste-testing, maybe better described as me forcing friends and relatives to eat strangely flavored chocolates that we found at World Market. The chocolates included: 1) coconut curry and 2) chai tea by Theo chocolates (3400 Phinney Bars), 3) World Market's chipotle chili dark chocolate, and 4) Mo's Bacon Bar by Vosges Haut Chocolate.

Theo's Chocolates met with good and enthusiastic reviews. Not only did I love the flavors of the chocolates, but I thought the artwork on the wrappers was beautiful. Check out KittenChops for more of the artist's work. World Market's chipotle chile chocolate met with great reviews overall and was the first bar finished. Mo's Bacon Bar had mixed reviews with some loving it, some hating it, some refusing to eat it, and some being neutral (like me). I guess that's proof that chocolate doesn't make everything taste better, and likewise, bacon doesn't make everything taste better either.

Snowy Landings
We experienced a snowy snowy landing last night at the O'Hare airport. Our pilot was pretty amazing to land in all this snow. All I could see was white streaking by the windows all the way to the ground.

Mini Bagels
I made these mini bagels using this recipe at delicious days. Mine didn't turn out quite as perfect looking, but they were delicious!
